The GAE Patient Engine for vascular and IR practices
Add at least 3 new GAE cases in your first 30 days from direct-to-patient campaigns… or you don’t pay us
Three is the floor, not the goal. Across the practices we work with, most add 10+ new image-guided procedures a month, and one recently booked 25 in 30 days. This system produced $340K+ in documented procedure value for the clinics we work with over the last eight weeks.
Who we serve
Built for physician-owned vascular and IR practices
One to six providers with an office-based lab or ASC affiliation, performing or adding GAE, PAE, UFE, or peripheral work. If you own your suite and your facility fee, everything on this page was written for you.
Patients, not lead lists
Every campaign is screened for candidacy before your front desk ever dials. You review consult candidates, not form fills.
Built for the GAE pathway
Consult, imaging, candidacy, authorization: several visits before the case bills. Our sequences are built around that exact journey, because generic drip campaigns don’t survive it.
Reporting
Consults booked, candidacy completed, cases scheduled. HIPAA-conscious handling throughout.
What you get
A full consult calendar and a busy procedure schedule
Knee pain patients in your area are already looking for a way out. We put your practice in front of them, and they arrive as booked consults: insurance-qualified patients who want the procedure you offer.
Your calendar fills, your candidates move forward, and your suite time stays booked. You do the medicine. The patients keep coming.
What we do
One system, four working parts
Meta patient campaigns
Facebook and Instagram campaigns built for the 55+ knee osteoarthritis patient. Not the ads you tried running yourself, and not the campaigns a generalist agency failed to make work. A proven concept that works across the board, which is why we can guarantee it.
Candidacy qualification
An intake that mirrors your clinical screen: symptom duration, conservative care tried, insurance carrier, procedure intent. Tourists filter out before your front desk ever dials.
Between-visit follow-up
We set up your front desk with automatic reminder emails and procedure prep touches, so patients show up without your team chasing them. Less front desk workload, higher show-up rate.
Front desk training and support
We train your front desk team and stay in close contact with them, working through anything that comes up on the way from first call to consult. Your staff always has someone to call.
How it works
Three steps towards more patients
Book a 15-minute audit
On the call we go over your current patient flow and check whether your practice has the setup to make our system work for you. If yes, we plan the next steps and reserve your metro: we work with one practice per metro, so your area is yours alone.
We build your system
If you are a fit, we build all your campaign assets and start your setup within two weeks. Once your ads are live, new patients start coming through the door, with consults on your calendar as soon as the second or third day.
We run it, week after week
Once your campaign is running and generating results, we work with you, your front desk, and the relevant members of your team to constantly improve the process, until a full consult calendar and a busy procedure schedule are simply how your practice runs.
Results
The system constantly adds new GAE and other procedures to calendars
We constantly fill doctors’ calendars for vascular and IR practices.
One vascular clinic started with us eight weeks ago. In those eight weeks they booked 82 appointments, and 19 patients moved forward with GAE and similar procedures. A second vascular clinic had 17 patients move forward with GAE procedures. A third had 25 patients move forward with GAE and other procedures in the last 30 days.
Across the practices we work with, every single month, we help clinics grow, fill their calendars, and expand to new locations with a proven system that fills those locations too.
You don’t pay until your first three GAE cases are on your schedule
You pay only after your patients are through the door.
Our management fee is $3,000 a month, and it is only owed if the previous month put at least three GAE or procedure cases on your schedule. That part is guaranteed. Our model works across the board, and clinics that work with us book far more than three.
Your only other cost is around $100 a day in ad spend, paid directly to Facebook.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
We already get referrals. Why would we need this?
Your referral network sends you veins and PAD. It will never send you knees, because knee patients live with orthopedic surgeons, and that same knee is their replacement revenue. For GAE, direct-to-patient is not one channel among several; it is structurally the only channel. The practices growing GAE volume all built their own patient pipe.
How fast should we expect results?
Practices typically see their first consult booked on the second or third day of working with us, and some of those patients move forward with procedures within the first week.
Will this conflict with campaigns our device rep or manufacturer supports?
No, it completes them. Manufacturer programs build procedure awareness. Nobody on that side owns what happens after the click: the same-day callback, the candidacy screen, the no-show recovery. That downstream system is what we build, and it makes every awareness dollar work harder.
What does the engagement cost?
Simple terms:The only cost you pay upfront is $100 a day on Facebook. It's the best platform for getting these patients through the door, and you pay it directly to Facebook on your own card. That's the only expense. We get paid only on delivery. The fee is $3,000 for each 30 calendar days of our engagement, and it's earned only if we help you get at least 3 patients who move forward with procedures in that period.
How to start
Book a 15-minute call so we can hear more about your practice and see if you have the prerequisites for us to help you. What matters most:
- A functional front desk with time to contact your new patients
- Or the desire to set one up
If we see we can help, we map the plan forward and reserve your metro.
